Dog Friendly Door County Lodging at the Beachfront Inn

The owners of the Beachfront Inn are animal lovers and realize how difficult it can be to travel without these "special" friends! Therefore, The Beachfront Inn is a pet friendly Door County lodging option, and has designated a number of our rooms for our furry friends and their human companions! Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin also has a couple of pet friendly restaurants that welcome dogs in their outside seating areas!

As a dog friendly Door County hotel, we welcome well-behaved dogs with prior notification at a cost of $15.00 per dog per night.

Convenient pick-up bags are available on the Beachfront Inn property and we thank you for picking up after your dog.

There is a limit of 2 dogs per room. Please inform us at the time of your reservation as some breeds are not compliant with our insurance company.

Guests must sign a Dog Waiver at check-in and assume responsibility for any damage, disturbance, or extra cleaning caused by their dogs at our pet friendly hotel.

Dog friendly rooms will be serviced only when the dogs are not "in residence!"

Dogs should never be left unattended in the room unless they are in a crate. As a dog friendly Door County hotel, we gladly rent crates for $5 per stay.

Dogs are welcome on our Door County beach leash free as long as they do not bother other guests.

All dogs must be 6 months or older. Please talk to Tammy, the Beachfront Inn owner, if you have a special circumstance.

Please ask us for sheets for the furniture for your dog's comfort!

We reserve the right to refuse accommodations upon meeting your dog if we feel it constitutes a danger to our other guests and their dogs. Also, because of insurance restrictions, certain breeds are not allowed at the Beachfront Inn. Please make sure you tell us the breed of your dog when you make your reservation at our pet friendly hotel.
