- All rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the
property

- Price based on double occupancy per night.
- There is an additional $10.00 charge per night for additional
persons age 3 and over. All rates are subject to change without
notice.
- There is a 2 night minimum stay for lakefront and side view
rooms on weekends during the summer and fall colors season.
- July 4th, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends are 3 night
minimums.
- A deposit equal to one night's rent is required within 7 days
from the date the reservation is made. Deposits for reservations
canceled with at least 14 days notice will be fully refunded
less a $10.00 administrative fee. Less than 14 days notice, the
one night's rent will be forfeited. If reservation is changed
after arrival, you will be responsible for original reservation.
- Dogs are welcome to stay in all of the
rooms in our West Side building. Please see VIP (Very Important
Pet) section for more information.
